Position Title: Test Manager
Duration: 10+ Months
Determines the methodology, the tools, the processes for conducting the tests, taking into account the quality criteria, the strategy and the risk policy as provided for within BNPPF to guarantee uniformity and working method.
Supports the different squads within the tribe when implementing the test strategy
Is the person ultimately responsible for E2E testing, full coverage and quality, works closely with the various squads to optimally build, maintain and execute the E2E test set (both manual and automatic testing).
Ensures the reuse of validated test deliverables and actively seeks synergies between them to improve quality and efficiency where possible.
As the person ultimately responsible for the regression, he works closely with the product owners to always keep the global regression / E2E test set up to date based on the most recent changes.
As the E2E responsible, he ensures follow-up both within the squad and E2E for non-functional tests (performance, security). Reviews the defects on a regular basis to identify structural and regularly recurring defects and to find a structural solution for this.
Reports on a regular basis on the progress test (status, coverage, defects ... based on figures to the various stakeholders.
Analyzes the risk, any delays in delivery or execution of the E2E tests and their impact, taking into account all constraints (unavailability of systems, missing test data, applications, versions ...) in close cooperation with the release engineer and the product owner (tribe level) to take the necessary actions.
Is the unique point of contact for all questions about testing and test strategy for both the own tribe members and other tribes, .. thanks to his own knowledge and this with the support and knowledge of the chapter leads, and guilds
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of test techniques, test types, different test levels, the principles of functional and non-functional testing as well as structured & risk based testing. Knowledge of software development methods and life cycle management Knowledge of test and automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, SOAP, Service Virtualization
Knowledge of functional architecture, application architecture and infrastructure architecture
Previous experiences in Test Management
Education: Bachelor of Master
