An exciting, high ownership Online Performance Specialist role focused on managing KitchenAid SDA web analytics, digital campaigns performance and website conversion optimization. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented CRO specialist to help create data-driven marketing solutions.
Your task in this role will include
+ Implement, customize and leverage web analytics and website optimization tools based on business needs (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio and tracking codes from online media platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, and others.)
+ Support the business in understanding success of website, customer journey and digital marketing campaign performance – including tracking implementation, optimization, testing, reporting, dashboarding and continuous improvement recommendations
+ Managing and tracking implementations across technologies
+ Analyse website data and provide insights on customer behavior on-site
+ Build out site reporting, monitoring and alerting
+ Develop a data quality metrics framework which includes dashboard/scorecard.
+ Guide the Brands and the Digital teams in how to best exploit consumer data in order to gain actionable business insights and boost consumer sales and revenue.
+ Work closely with Regional CRM, Online, D2C and GIS teams to ensure adequate usage of technology stacks and platforms
+ Track, analyze and communicate key digital, CRM and campaigns data findings to guide digital & D2C strategies
+ Provide oversight of website, channels and sales performance.
+ Develop and support an attribution model to ensure D2C, Digital and Brand teams will drive their media investments more efficiently.
Background and experiences
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or other related field.
+ 3 - 5 years in an analytics role
+ Previous data mining, analysis and conversion rate optimization experience (websites & campaigns).
+ Leverage consumer and platforms data insights, help D2C, Digital Marketing and Brands teams design effective marketing campaigns (SEM/CRM/D2C campaigns, etc...)
+ Promote a culture of A/B testing wherever possible to derive incremental performance opportunities and additional consumer behavior insights
+ Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Visual Website Optimizer and more.
+ Experience with analytics methodologies in testing & UX tools
+ Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to work effectively with different people in development, digital, marketing, UX/UI designers and agencies.
+ Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams
+ Excellent time management and prioritization skills
+ Proven analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings clearly and concisely
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence executive leadership
+ Fluent in English
