For our client, an international leader in the sector of oil and gas, HAYS Sales is looking for a Jr Account Manager in charge of handling the SME market for Flemish Brabant and Limburg.
The purpose of the job is to handle the portfolio of clients located in Flemish Brabant and Limburg. You'll be responsible for the B2B client portfolio, the focus will mainly be on SMEs. You'll mainly work on site with your B2B clients, where you engage in activities of cross and up selling. In terms of negotiations, you really focus on price and volumes. Besides you do some prospection to further develop your portfolio of clients. Once a week and you also work from the office to do your administration and maintain a close relationships with your peers.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree and has acquired a first commercial experience during an internship or student job. We are looking for a commercial candidate with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and a good understanding of English. You are able to cold call prospects with confidence, you are results oriented and have a passion for selling!
