Process & Systems Management
Develop best practices for Group Procurement business activities and set standards for processes and procedures
Define the 5-years digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
Lead the implementation of the e-procurement tool and other digital solutions that will provide meaningful insights to ensure good decision making and assist the team with operational excellence.
Lead process/system implementation, change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in functional departments to align requirements and solutions.
Document process flows & systems, conduct training and development programs to ensure effective implementation.
Serve as Procurement lead for functional and cross-functional internal audits, including managing resolution of corrective actions as assigned.
Supplier Performance Management Support
Support overall Supplier Performance Management and coordinate performance tracking and supplier risk evaluation in order to improve quality, service, price and innovation.
Manage and implement strategic, high complex procurement initiatives to ensure a smooth and timely integration.
Coordinate change management within the organization for procurement projects.
Profiel van kandidaat
Master's degree in applied sciences, economics, business, engineering or technical.
Experience in a centrally lead organization is an asset.
Excellent knowledge and expertise in Source to Pay process, and experience with e-Procurement suite products are considerd a plus.
Strong facilitation, influential and people skills: ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas and taking others with you to deliver the business needs.

Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Power BI.
