We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, an international Executive Search company located in the centre of Brussels, offices easily accessible by public transportation.
- Welcoming clients and candidates
- Handling phone calls, emails, filing and copying documents
- Providing administrative support: typing documents, preparing PowerPoint presentation, translating documents…
- Organizing meetings and making business arrangements in Belgium and abroad
- Managing a database
- Experience as an Executive Assistant in an international environment
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch
- Able to prioritize, with good organizational and communication skills
- Eye for detail, quality oriented, positive, solution minded, autonomous and flexible
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Salary in line with experience
A full-time permanent contract
