Our client is a successful investment company located in Brussels. For their Chairman and Founder, they are currently looking for a trilingual Executive Assistant.
- Providing full and high-level administrative support to the Chairman
- Complex agenda management
- Handling emails, phone calls and correspondence
- Handling private duties such as taking care of tasks related to household help personnel, etc.
- Organizing travels from A to Z (private chauffeur, flights and hotel bookings, etc.)
- Filing and archiving
- And more!
- You are Dutch-speaking, speak fluent English and good French
- You have 5-10 years experience in a similar role
- You have a Bachelor Management Assistant/Office management or equivalent by experience
- You have a good command of Word and basics in Excel and PowerPoint
- You are professional, discrete and efficient
- You are a good team player and a good prioritizer
- You are a good multitasker and have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- You are proactive, flexible and have no 9 to 5 mentality
- A permanent contract
