OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a (m/f) Back Office Assistant.
Our client is located in the south-east of Brussels and is easily accessible by public transports.
The company is active in the automotive sector.
As Back Office Assistant (m/f) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will support the administration of dealer financing operations through the management of documents related to the factoring activities ;
- You will control the conformity of department' documents;
- You will verify and assure reception of all documents linked to stock financing;
- You will keep the database up to date;
- You will administrate the registration of company cars for the group entities;
- You will ensure correct mailing of documents;
- You will provide relevant information to dealers regarding the status of their stock financing
- You will be in contact with the dealer network for any question of any sort.
The requested qualifications for this Back Office Assistant (m/f) position include:
- You hold a Bachelor degree with a finance or management orientation;
- You have min. 1 year of experience in a similar function;
- You have an outstanding knowledge of Dutch and French;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
- You pay extra attention to details and you are honest and resourceful;
- You have strong organizational and planning skills;
- You have good written and verbal communication skills;
- You are flexible, well organized and stress resistant.
